Q. I'm involved in a car accident, what should I do?
A. No. At Formula First Collision we can assist you with every step of the way.  Before contacting your insurance company, it is important to that you call us for important information that can save you from the hassles and headaches of doing everything yourself. A. No.  As stated in the Consumer Bill of Rights, as the owner of a motor vehicle, you have the right to choose the repair facility of your choice.  The insurance company, or third party, cannot tell you where to take your car.

A. No.  Any reputable shop in the industry will utilize a computerized estimating system that determines the cost of repairs.  The law does not require more than one estimate.  It is your vehicle and therefore your choice as to where to get your car repaired.

A. Yes. This is when all proper repair and replacement procedures are performed, i.e. repair damaged parts that require repair and replacement of damaged parts that should be replaced. Highly trained, professional technicians will do the repairs on your vehicle.

A. Yes. Skilled technicians using state of the art equipment specially designed to restore your car’s structural integrity will repair your car. Parts of your car’s structure that cannot be properly and safely repaired, will be replaced. In some cases the vehicle structure will be compromised beyond safe repair limits. In these cases, we would petition your insurance company not to proceed with repair of your car.

A. Only your insurance company has the power to waive your deductible. It is the portion of your repair bill that your Insurance policy states what you are responsible for. Repairs are written exactly as they are performed.

A. Yes. We employ a state of the art paint mixing system that ensures proper color match on all vehicles finishes.

A. Each vehicle will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to return your car to you as soon as possible, while taking all aspects of the damage into careful consideration, as well as all of the necessary processes the car must go through to reach completion.

A. All of the repairs performed by Formula First Collision are guaranteed for as long as you own the repaired vehicle. Although items such as abuse, subsequent damage and wear and tear are not covered.
